Working out, for me, is more than physical. It is a mental and emotional journey. My own personal strength training tenure has inspired me to motivate others and assist them through their journey.
My philosophy as a personal trainer is that every client has their own personal fitness starting point, strengths, weaknesses, goals and needs. After a fitness assessment, I plan out a personalized program based on your individual needs. I believe that nutrition, fitness, stress management, and emotional health combined will help you achieve a better and more well balanced life.
What I enjoy - I enjoy strength training, kayaking, hiking, fishing, moderate running, indoor cycling, and outdoor family time.
