Coach / Trainer
Dana is a WITS certified personal trainer and a member of IDEA health and Fitness Association. She has been working in the fitness industry for 13 years and providing personal training services and instructing classes since 2008. She is certified to teach various formats of classes as well as nutrition coaching. She is also a certified lifeguard.
Her journey to fitness started with a desire to run and has led her on the path (road and trail) to a healthy lifestyle which is always a work in progress. She participates in the sport of Triathlon and loves to share all aspects of training for it.
She is grateful to be part of the community and believes in giving back to it. She has mentored women's running groups and coached Girls on the Run. She works with clients of all ages and abilities and will tailor an individualized training program to meet your specific goals and needs. She is very comfortable working with all types of equipment and modalities.
Her mission as your trainer is to help you define your fitness goals and work as your coach to help you become the best physical version of yourself.
